About this time last year my sister, Stephanie, and I were bouncing around our Phoenix home singing to my mother about the beautiful weather that was about to come! (Back to the 80’s. back to Shorts! Back to Tanning and Cherry Cokes! Those were the Days!) As much as I love wearing cute sweaters, crunching through leaves, buying boots, and building snowman, I can not wait until I can pull out my shorts, find that pink bikini, and sip lemonade while driving with the windows down. March is the bittersweet overture to the Grand Summer Showdown. With the overly planned Spring Break, the crazy hype over March Madness, and the Need for Green on St. Patrick’s Day there is a lot to love in March and a lot to look forward to.
I don’t believe in a “Party of One” so for this Almost-Spring Season I will be finding any moment I can to break out of the house, score some extra points, and possibly have the best party and food ideas to start the season! It’s Back to the 80’s, Back to Shorts, Back to Glitter and Fancy Cups! These are the Days!
